Winter Oatmeal


(for one to two servings):

- 1/2 cup rolled oats

- 1/4 of a ripe pear

- water or nut milk

- 1/4 teaspoon of Sweet Spice mix (mix equal quantities of ginger, cinnamon and cardamom powder each in a jar, shake to mix, then keep the rest for later)

- 1/4 teaspoon maple syrup

- 1/2 teaspoon ghee

- 1 tablespoon bitter sweet chocolate chips

- a pinch of Himalayan pink salt


Cover the oats with water/nut milk and add the pear cut in small pieces, Sweet Spice and salt.

Cook on low heat, mixing as needed until the pear get softer. Serve in a bowl and add the ghee, maple sirup.

Wait for a couple of minutes until it cools down a bit and add the chocolate chips.
