Immunity Support Tonic


- a big thumb size of ginger, peeled with the side of a spoon (try it !) and finely grated.

- a teaspoon excellent quality turmeric (I use Diaspora Co. ).

- the juice of a lemon.

- a tablespoon of dried elderberries.

- a tablespoon of local unfiltered honey.

- a couple branches of thyme, or oregano (or mint).


Add all ingredients to 2 to 3 cups of boiling water, let infuse for at least 30mn, then sip throughout the morning.
