I usually make a pot of this tea, let it infuse for a good 30 mn (or more), then strained and keep refrigerated to use that same day and the next couple of days. Because licorice is natural sweet, I would not recommend adding a sweetener, but you do you ;)
- licorice root (cut and sifted)
- CCF mix (see my other recipes)
- rose buds
Mix equal amounts of your ingredients (for 2 to 3 cups, I use about 1 tablespoon of each) and add a few organic rose buds or petals.
Poor almost boiling water on the herbs, then cover and let stand.
