Ojas Balls

Ojas is the savings account equivalent for your ressources of energy and immunity, that you always want to continue growing and replenishing so that you can count on it when you need it.


Ingredients


- 1 cup of almonds, then add

- 7-8 dates

- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

- pinch of good quality salt

- 1 tablespoon ghee (or coconut oil)

- 1 tablespoon honey


(Optional : 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha)


Instructions


In a food processor, grind all ingredients.

Form balls with your hands and refrigerate for a couple of hours.


Eat in conservative quantities 😉. If your goal is to build ojas, I would not recommend substituting spices or omitting ghee and honey. Be mindfulness of respecting proportions of ghee and honey though, as you want to maintain different weight proportions for digestive reasons.
