Nourishing Oatmeal


(for one serving):

- 1/3 cup rolled oat (organic if possible)

- water or nut milk

- 1 teaspoon organic ghee

- 1 teaspoon maple sirup

- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- a pinch of pink salt

- 2 dried figs


Cover the oats with water/nut milk and add the cardamom, cinnamon and salt.

Cook on very low heat, mixing as needed until creamy.

Serve in a bowl and add the ghee, maple sirup, and chopped figs. Have an amazing day :)
