(for abt 2 cups):
- 1 lime
- a big handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon food grade, organic rose petals or buds
- 1 tablespoon rooibos tea
- 1/2 teaspoon raw honey
Put mint leaves and honey in container and crush with the tip of a spoon to release the oils from the mint and infuse the honey.
Add 2 cups hot water, rose petals and rooibos. Steep for 5 mn, then remove rooibos and steep another 5mn.
Add lime juice and enjoy :)
