Chai Chocolate Goodness

This is the perfect drink to make for a light morning or afternoon snack, or when you need warmth and support.


(for 1 serving):

- 1 cup water

- 1 cup milk or mylk

- 1 heaping teaspoon chai blend

- 1 heaping teaspoon cacao powder (not cocoa)

- 1 heaping teaspoon adaptogen of choice (I like mushrooms, maca, ashwaghanda for nervous system support)

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- optional: 1 tablespoon coconut butter or ghee


Boil chai blend with water in a saucepan for 5 to 10 minutes.

In the meanwhile, add your powders, maple syrup and ghee/ coconut butter to the cup

Add milk to your chai/ water mix and bring to a boil, then turn heat off. If using mylk, just bring to warm temperature without boiling. Strain and pour into your cup, mix well. Enjoy :)
