Upcoming - From Menstruation to Menopause

This program is born out of the desire to support folks looking to integrate a holistic approach to their Western perspective of the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause.

We will briefly cover Ayurvedic foundational knowledge, then go into the details of how Ayurveda views and supports each one of these life phases.

The experience is designed to feel supportive for all and be in community. This will be our cocoon to gather in for 4 weeks, to learn, explore and land together. My goal is to truly make this experience a turning point in your personal journey, providing you with valuable knowledge as well as addressing your questions and reflections.

This will be an intimate, small group setting on Zoom.

Knowledge of Ayurveda is welcome but not necessary.

Dive into the Wisdom of Ayurveda

I offer an exquisite, self paced journey into Ayurveda with this online course.

In it, we cover basic Five Elements Theory and how to apply it to daily life, practices and diet in order to find or come back to a state of health. This course is the perfect balance of theoretical knowledge and practical applications and, by the end, you will feel confident to start applying what you have learnt for yourself. It also includes 3 Ayurvedic yoga practices I have designed especially for this course.
